Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted if items are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind on personalised items, as they are made to order.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please send us photos and details within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. For other requests, please contact us, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Returns are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started. For urgent requests, please contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, we ship across Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. Please contact us for special delivery requests.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping fees depend on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order and will be calculated at checkout before payment.
