1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation and customisation details are finalised. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Custom Orders: Personalised products may require additional preparation time to ensure quality and accuracy before dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • We offer nationwide shipping within Malaysia.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value during specific promotions.
  • We primarily use reliable courier services such as Pos Laju, J&T Express, or similar providers.

3. Delivery Time

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

4. Self-Collection

Currently, self-collection is not available. All orders will be delivered via courier for your convenience.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your parcel’s delivery status.

6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

  • We will assist in liaising with the courier service and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to address errors.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within Malaysia only.
