Return Policy

At GIFTMAKERS HUB SDN. BHD. (“we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. As many of our products are personalised, please review this policy carefully.

1. Returns

Personalised Items:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for customised and personalised products unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part (e.g., incorrect design, wrong item delivered).

Non-Personalised Items:

  • For non-customised products, returns may be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please email us at giftmakershub@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
    • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or order:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange to collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct product at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued:

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products if a replacement is not feasible.
  • Once the returned item has been inspected and approved for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised and personalised items (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Items returned after the return window.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For non-defective returns of non-personalised items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
